Signed Prints
It is a pleasure offering limited edition and non-edition prints from my studio in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts, available worldwide. Many of these photographs appeared in National Geographic, Time, and other global publications and are in art galleries, museums, and private collections. In having the issues I am deeply connected to affordable as possible, there are options for non-edition and limited edition prints. All photographs are delivered unframed and signed, and certificates of authenticity are included with each limited edition print. Each photograph is printed in my studio on Moab Juniper Luster archival paper, using the highest quality archival inks. With each Limited Edition print ordered, ten percent will donated to Volunteers in Medicine, a medical center down the road where I live, providing free healthcare to the uninsured.
Shipping and Insurance
Non-Edition Prints: Shipping for Non-Edition prints is $20 within the United States, $35 to most international destinations. Please choose the “Non-Edition” shipping option at checkout. Additional Non-Edition prints can be included in the same shipping tube at no extra cost, up to five prints. It is suggested to order all Non-Edition prints at one time, helping you save on shipping.
Limited Edition Prints: Shipping and insurance for all Limited Edition prints within the United States and worldwide cannot be calculated at checkout due to the value of Limited Edition prints, and that each order must be handled individually. Please select which print(s) you prefer and at checkout, Please choose the shipping option, “Limited Edition Shipping and Insurance - Pay Later”, paying for your order based upon the prices shown, which does not include shipping nor insurance. When your order is received, shortly after that, we will contact you. Limited Edition print order can take 1-3 days to prepare, or longer when John is on assignment — all Limited Edition prints are done by hand, by John Stanmeyer, and we thank you for this understanding. After your Limited Edition photograph(s) is printed, your order is delivered to FedEx, and we email you the total costs for both shipping and insurance. When payment for shipping and insurance is made at as a separate payment, your order is shipped, and tracking details are emailed to you. VAT for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer, please email us if you have any questions.
Note: FedEx is used for all Limited Edition print orders, insured at full value, unless otherwise requested by the buyer.
Please know we have been handing Limited Edition print orders for years using this method. It is the only way to ensure the highest print quality, in balances with the highest quality yet lowest shipping and insurance costs — there are no online methods to calculate such complex shipping variables, with insurance, based upon 195 countries, nor within the continental United States. Every Limited Edition print received must be done in person with FedEx.
Shipping Costs: The average shipping and insurance cost for Limited Edition prints within the continental US varies from $75-$200+. The average cost for Limited Edition prints to most international destinations varies from $125-$300+.
60x40 Limited Edition prints require special insurance available only through Lloyds of London. Contact the studio if you have any questions.
Custom framing is available upon request. Please keep in mind shipping costs increase significantly when transporting framed artwork.
Due to size, 60x40 inch Limited Edition prints can only be shipped unframed.
